● A written notice or email shall be sent in case of any breach by the applicant.

● Abiding by the code of conduct of TEFL Canada is mandatory.

● A non-refundable fee must be paid before the process of due diligence.

● Applicants must ensure information furnished to them is complete and correct.

● The applicants must follow the terms and conditions set by TEFL Canada.
